   - `MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE`&`READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE` (access external storage for file operations)  

   - `ACCESS_WIFI_STATE` & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE(monitor network connectivity for performance optimization). 
  - `PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS(monitor app use status ).
